Born in Cuneo on 25/03/1971, graduated from the University of Turin, registered with the Cuneo Bar Association in 2001, he is authorized to practice as an attorney by the Court of Cassation and Superior Jurisdictions.

He specializes in Commercial Law and primarily works in the fields of Banking Law, Financial Law, Corporate Law, and bankruptcy proceedings. He has participated in various arbitrations, where he has also served as the President of the Arbitral Tribunal.

He holds positions in some corporate entities and provides ongoing consultancy services to several Credit Institutions and Entities listed in the 106 TUB list.

He has been a supervisor at several conferences, including “Swaps and Derivative Contracts: Tools for Business Hedging” (organized by Confindustria Asti in 2010) and “Mortgages: Regulation, Issues, and Guidance from the Supreme Court” (organized by the Cuneo Bar Association in 2019).
